The December 2007 issue of ONS Connect discusses nursing research for novices. Have you considered becoming involved in nursing research but haven't made the leap just yet? What's holding you back?

Or, if you've felt this way before but were able to overcome the obstacles and challenges that initially held you back, tell us what they were and what you did to get around them.

I'm actually quite interested in doing a research project and maybe even present a poster at a congress someday. I just have no idea where to begin. I have been active at carrying out process improvements, but can't seem to find where the next step is.
